To participate in this Sweepstakes, you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules.

Grand Prize is a 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to attend the Squid Game 3 P remiere scheduled for June 18, 2025 in New York, NY. Grand Prize winner must travel June 15-19, 2025.

  1. Eligibility: The "Squid Game 3 - Greatest Player Of All Time Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence, whichever is older) and have a LinkedIn account at time of Entry ("Entrants"). Any employees, directors, officers, consultants, independent contractors, and interns who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsor/Administrator, Netflix Media, LLC ("Netflix"), the cast/crew of “Squid Game” (Season 1, 2 or 3), or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win the prize. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

If selected as the potential Grand Prize winner, the Entrant and guest will be required to consent to a background check; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification without compensation of any kind. In addition, Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify the potential Grand Prize winner or their potential guest (without explanation or compensation of any kind) if the results of such background check reveal that such potential Grand Prize winner or their potential guest do not meet the Sweepstakes eligibility requirements or has been charged with a felony or misdemeanor, a crime of moral turpitude or an act of insurrection, or any other act that might reflect negatively on Sponsor/Administrator, Netflix or any of the Sweepstakes Entities, as determined by the Sponsor/Administrator in its sole discretion. All such decisions of the Sponsor/Administrator are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

  1. Sweepstakes Schedule: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on June 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on June 9, 2025 ("Promotion Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Pacific Time. Sponsor’s/Administrator’s computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

  1.  Sweepstakes Entry:

To enter, navigate the internet to Netflix’s LinkedIn page where you can find the Squid Game 3 - Greatest Player Of All Time Article (the "Website") and complete the following steps:

  1. Follow the official Netflix company page on LinkedIn (if you do not already)
  2. Complete the Squid Game 3 quiz ("Quiz"). Answers to the Quiz questions can be found on Netflix LinkedIn, Tudum.com and within Netflix hosted Squid Game content throughout the internet.
  1. In order to be able to complete Step 3 and enter the Sweepstakes, you must answer 90% or more of the Quiz questions correctly.  The quiz can be completed as many times as it takes (prior to the end time/date) for a user to reach 90%. (But, if you take the quiz more than once, your answers will not be saved from the previous time[s] that you took the quiz.)
  1. Complete and submit the entry form with the following information: first and last name, LinkedIn profile account name**, valid email address, contact phone number (where you can be reached on 6/10/25 if selected as the potential Grand Prize winner, as per Section 7 below). You will also be asked one (1) final Quiz question that must be answered correctly in order to be eligible for the random drawing (as described in Section 5). {Answering 90% or more of the Quiz questions correctly will not automatically result in entry.}

This Sweepstakes is sponsored/administered by Probability LLC for Netflix.  Sponsor/Administrator will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy.  Please review the Sponsor/Administrator’s privacy policy at https://www.probabilityworks.com/privacypolicy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor/Administrator’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor/Administrator’s privacy policy. Probability LLC will use the information provided by entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and/or fulfilling the prize (if applicable) and under no circumstance will Probability LLC use said information for any other purpose.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses a person may have.

Multiple entries in violation of entry limit or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, are prohibited. Proof of entering information at the Website or entry form is not considered proof of delivery or receipt of such entry.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, epidemics, pandemics, or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s/Administrator’s control (or Netflix’s control) that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the prize by means of a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor/Administrator or otherwise award the prize in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. Without limitation of any other term herein, Sponsor/Administrator and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, technical failures of any kind (including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software), any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer/mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor/Administrator and its agencies are also not responsible for any action by any party – whether or not reasonably foreseeable – which in any way interferes with or impedes the intended conduct of the Sweepstakes.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT FROM THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

  1. Random Drawing and Odds: Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected on June 10, 2025 via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the final Quiz question on the entry form must be answered correctly in order to remain eligible for the random drawing. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor/Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for the Promotion Period.

  1. Winner Notification: Potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted first by telephone on June 10, 2025, beginning at approximately 11:00 a.m. PT/2:00 p.m. ET. If potential Grand Prize winner does not answer the telephone call during Sponsor’s/Administrator’s initial (and perhaps only) attempt or, return the telephone call within thirty (30) minutes (messages may NOT be left), such potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified without compensation of any kind and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner may be selected, time permitting. Once potential Grand Prize winner's eligibility, interest and availability have been preliminarily confirmed via telephone, potential Grand Prize winner will be sent an email from Sponsor/Administrator and will be required to sign and return, within twenty four (24) hours of notification (or such shorter time period as indicated thereon), an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, a tax acknowledgment, a Guest Release and the necessary paperwork for a background check (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents").  If the Prize Claim Documents are not returned to Sponsor/Administrator within the specified time period, or if prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential Grand Prize winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines the Grand Prize for any reason prior to award, Grand Prize may be forfeited and such potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period (time permitting).

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter and such individual must comply with these rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

  1. Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):

One (1) Grand Prize winner: will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for the winner and for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the Squid Game 3 Premiere in New York, NY ("Premiere"). Grand Prize winner and their guest must be available to travel June 15-19, 2025. If Grand Prize winner cannot do so for any reason, Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate winner may be selected as per Section 6 (time permitting). The Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s legal residence (as selected by the Sponsor/Administrator) ("Airport of Origin") to a New York, NY area airport (with possible layovers/flight may not be direct) ("Destination City Airport"); however, if Grand Prize winner resides within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of New York, NY (as determined by the Sponsor/Administrator in its sole discretion), air travel will not be provided and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided); ground transportation to/from Destination City Airport and hotel; three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the Premiere on June 18, 2025 and ground transportation to/from hotel and Premiere. As part of Grand Prize, winner only will also function as a “brand ambassador” (that is, endorser) for Netflix and “Squid Game,” at Squid Game: The Experience NYC for approximately three (3) hours on June 16, 2025 with such role being subject to the direction of Netflix in its sole discretion. Winner understands and agrees that the “brand ambassador” role has no retail value, does not constitute an offer of employment from Netflix, and should Netflix decide not to proceed with the “brand ambassador” role, Netflix as well as Sponsor/Administrator will not have any liability under any legal theory. For the avoidance of doubt, the two (2) tickets to the Squid Game 3 Premier are conditional on the Grand Prize winner fulfilling their role as a brand ambassador on June 16, 2025. If for any reason Grand Prize winner does not fulfill their “brand ambassador” role on June 16, 2025, they WILL NOT receive their two (2) tickets to the Squid Game 3 Premier and Netflix as well as Sponsor/Administrator will not have any liability under any legal theory. ARV of Grand Prize: $4,800.00. 

Grand Prize winner and their guest must travel together on specified itinerary as set by the Sponsor/Administrator, including same departure date, destination and return date or Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. The Sponsor/Administrator are not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. Grand Prize winner and their guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification (REAL ID for air travel). In addition, Grand Prize winner will be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Should Grand Prize winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of three (3) nights (or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Grand Prize winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor/Administrator, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as protect Sponsor/Administrator from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel room caused during the hotel stay by Grand Prize winner and/or their guest.

Guest of Grand Prize winner must be at least eighteen years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Guest must complete, sign and return a Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful) and the necessary paperwork for a background check prior to prize travel. Should Grand Prize winner elect to travel without a guest (or if guest fails to timely return signed Release), Grand Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for a single traveler (that is, the Grand Prize winner himself/herself/themselves) and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded. The preceding includes the Grand Prize winner receiving only one (1) ticket to the Premiere.

Actual final value of Grand Prize may vary depending upon point of departure and fare fluctuations; and, under no circumstances will Grand Prize winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of Grand Prize in cash (or in any other form). Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the date set forth above. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to trip not specified herein, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between Grand Prize winner’s residence and Airport of Origin, airline baggage fees, meals, tips, taxes, travel (or other) insurance and hotel incidentals. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. The Sponsor/Administrator and its agencies are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of Premiere or flight cancellation/delay.

Ticket type for Premiere will be determined by Sponsor/Administrator or Netflix in their sole discretion. Attendance at Premiere is subject to the terms and conditions of use as set forth on the tickets as well as venue restrictions. Without limitation, any re-sale, auctioning, trading or other provision of ticket to any other person constitutes an actionable violation of such terms and conditions. Attendance at Premiere may also be conditioned on the agreement of winner/guest to (a) allow a search of their person for security purposes; (b) not bring weapons, alcohol or other prohibited items into the Premiere venue; (c) comply with restrictions as to re-entry; and (d) to comply with sundry other requirements with respect to attendance at Premiere (such as, prohibition on use of recording devices; acceptable attire).Sponsor/Administrator and Netflix make no representation or warranty that any specific actors from Season 3 of “Squid Game” will be present at Premiere.

Grand Prize winner and their guest must follow all instructions of the Sponsor/Administrator and Netflix. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. Should Grand Prize winner and/or guest fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by the Sponsor/Administrator or Netflix in the sole discretion of any party; including without limitation functioning as a “brand ambassador”), the Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the Trip, Premier  or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send Grand Prize winner and/or their guest home and/or take other actions as the Sponsor/Administrator deems appropriate in their sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to Grand Prize winner or his/her/their guest. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to the failure of Grand Prize winner or guest to comply with governmental mandates or other third-party requirements designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, completion of health questionnaire) or acting in an inappropriate manner toward actors from Season 3 of “Squid Game” (assuming such actors are present at the Premiere). Participation in applicable activities (including attendance at Premiere) may also be conditioned upon provision of proof of a negative COVID-19 test or satisfactory proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

In connection with any visit to any location in connection with the Grand Prize (including venue for Premiere), please be advised that Sponsor/Administrator policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Sponsor/Administrator cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during the Trip.

All details of the Grand Prize will be determined in Sponsor's/Administrator’s sole discretion. Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to substitute Grand Prize (or portion thereof; as applicable) with a similar prize (or prize element; as applicable) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other unspecified expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Prize cannot be transferred by winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Prize by winner.

In the event the Grand Prize winner is able to participate in the Trip as scheduled but the Premiere does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, Sponsor/Administrator reserve the right to award the remainder of the Grand Prize with no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner. Premiere  is subject to, and Sponsor/Administrator and Netflix are not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the Premier .

THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE ISSUED A FORM 1099 FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE OF THEIR PRIZE AND MUST SUBMIT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER (AND OTHERWISE COOPERATE WITH SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR IN REPORTING HIS/HER/THEIR RECEIPT OF GRAND PRIZE TO THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE AND/OR OTHER TAX AUTHORITIES), AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND OTHER TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

  1. Conditions and Limitations of Liability: By participating, each Entrant agrees: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor/Administrator, which shall be final in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor/Administrator, Netflix Media, LLC, any other of the Sweepstakes Entities, each of their respective advertising and promotion agencies, each of the foregoing entities’ respective parent, subsidiary, related, affiliated and successor companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "Released Entities") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, and/or from Entrant’s acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of prize and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Released Entities are not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if the prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, weather or acts of terrorism.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND THE PRIZE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

  1. Additional Conditions:  By accepting the Grand Prize, Grand Prize winner grants Sponsor/Administrator and its designees (including Netflix) permission to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence on a winner’s list and for programming, publicity and promotional purposes, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor/Administrator and its designees (including Netflix) are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.  Sweepstakes subject to the laws of the United States only. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

  1. Disputes: Jurisdiction/Choice Of Law:  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrant  agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the award of the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts within the County of New York, State of New York, with such courts having personal jurisdiction over them, with Entrant waiving any right of forum non conveniens, change of venue or any like right; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased as well as waiving any rights to an injunction or other forms of equitable relief. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant, Sponsor/Administrator and Netflix in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

  1. Winner’s List: For the name of winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Squid Game 3 - Greatest Player Of All Time Sweepstakes", c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. All such requests must be received by June 20, 2025.
